What happens when people are not paid for doing the same job?

Nothing it has always been this way.

Let's be serious it goes both ways there too many people getting paid far less or more than they should because of a variety of reasons. 

You won't make in Akron, Ohio what you would in Washington D.C. Why is that?

Does Education or Experience Matter?
Who you are related too?
Who you went to school with?
Or is it just the cost of living in the area that determines the Salary.

How many CEO's, presidents, top executives salaries or pay is based on their location?
