Why a Diverse workforce and Inclusive workforce matters for your business. CONEXPO-CON/AGG Shegetitdone

Panel Discussion: While many organizations say all the right things about encouraging diversity in their hiring practices and may even have statistics showing they hire employees from diverse backgrounds, what does successful inclusion really look like, how can you get there, and why should you do it? Changing the numbers of diverse employees on the payroll is just the beginning.

Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how to move past implicit and unconscious biases, engage in courageous conversations and foster a culture of inclusion that strengthens your team and increases productivity.
2. Understand how to combine authentic outreach strategies to diverse groups with effective workforce development strategies that keep your business growing.
